- Added support to integrate Blackboard Ultra with the new S2B version

- Fixed UI Reports for instructor when user and/or focus monitoring service is disabled.
- Fixed log error when user session doesn’t exist to avoid printing JWT token error multiple times.
- Added new environment variable to validate S2B 2.0 version in wizard.
- Updated some translations in English and Spanish.
- Added logic to send webcam snapshots to REST API endpoint instead of the step functions queue.
