• Fix issue in some scenarios a restart of the S2B may occur, and this involves redoing the wizard steps, which means re-reading a different QR, while the Room Monitoring App continues recording because it does not detect that SB2B terminated or restarted abruptly.

• Improved message log when proctor error windows appears before the exams.
